These Realistic Face Masks By Danielle Baskin Are Both Creepy And Cool

By now, wearing a face mask in public has pretty much become the norm, and they have even become a stylish accessory for some. But just like wearing the same t-shirt over and over again, wearing the same mask every day can get boring pretty quickly. That’s where designer Danielle Baskin steps in. The woman creates unique custom made face masks that look like your (or anyone else’s) face, and they’re both cool and creepy at the same time.

Danielle has already experimented with these types of masks before and has even created one based on the “Hide the pain Harold” meme.

The custom masks are made from 100% cotton, are machine washable, consist of two layers, and feature adjustable straps.

“Whether it’s a replication of your own face or your favorite meme, we care about the details,” writes Danielle on the Maskalike website. “Our masks are sure to make people around you do double-takes and have a brighter day.”

The designer tried wearing the mask herself and has received some mixed opinions – some found it hilarious, while others found it horrifying.

The designer has even created a hilarious face mask sporting a huge GettyImages watermark.

This isn’t the first time this San Francisco-based designer creates something like this. A little while ago, she created special respirator masks that work with the Facial ID function in phones.

Once again – kind of cool, kind of creepy.

One day, this guy just kind of figured – “I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?” – and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that’s trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that’s too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
