Joe Jonas and his fiancée, Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, were recently spotted checking out several apartments in New York City’s Greenwich Village, the New York Post reports. According to the paper, the locations included a building on East 12th street, where the pair toured a two-bedroom residence priced somewhere between $5 million and $6 million. The building includes options that both run at approximately 2,028-square-feet, and both feature wet bars in the living rooms, open kitchens and washer/dryers in-unit.
Though this would be the elder Jonas brother’s first joint purchase with a significant other, the DNCE singer is no stranger to the real-estate game. In early 2016, the former boy-bander picked up a modern farmhouse in Sherman Oaks, California, for $3.795 million after renting a midcentury-modern-style home for $40,000 a month. His younger brother Nick Jonaspreviously lived with Joe in Los Angeles as well, but judging by the looks of it, the Jonas Brothers are migrating east; Nick started renting an apartment in New York City this past fall. “I feel like I am more connected to New York City than to California, to be honest,” Nick told AD in an exclusive interview last December. “I grew up in New Jersey—this is sort of like home base.”
