Louis Tomlinson‘s Calabasas home must not have had the X Factor after all, because he’s looking to unload the 4.69-acre estate after owning it for just over two years. The Calabasas home runs an expansive 9,659 square feet and includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The Spanish-style property, which he snapped up for exactly $10 million in late 2015, also features five fireplaces all with carved limestone mantels, high ceilings with exposed wood beams, and wooden floorboards. Rooms include a formal living and dining room, a library with a second-floor gallery, an eat-in kitchen, a double-height family room, a screening room, and an entertainment and games room in the basement. Tomlinson is listing the property for $13.999 million.
The luxurious amenities don’t just stop with the main house, however. Other buildings on the property include a guardhouse, two guesthouses, a fitness pavilion, and a Japanese-style teahouse that sits atop a small hill surrounded by grapevines. The home even has an outdoor living room with a built-in barbecue area, a swimming pool and spa, and a babbling brook with a bridge, waterfall, and koi pond. Last spring, Louis Tomlinson listed his home as a spot to rent out for $40,000 a month. Perhaps the singer is opting instead to spend most of his time at his slightly smaller 6,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills home.
