Brooklyn Decker and Andy Roddick Sell Their North Carolina Home For $2.35 Million

Brooklyn Decker and Andy Roddick recently sold their North Carolina mountainside retreat for $2.35 million after approximately a year-and-a-half on the market. The sale price was slightly less than the original asking price of $2.99 million. The home, which was custom-built for them in 2013, features four bedrooms and sits on nearly three acres of land in Silver Springs Lake, within a golf community. The decor of the house takes a cue from the natural beauty around it, with such features as antique timber, large stone fireplaces, and oak plank floors interspersed throughout. The couple also own a larger home that they built nearby shortly after their son, Hank, was born; Decker, who is currently expecting her second child, has previously said that the couple decided they needed more space for their expanding brood.

Decker has proven herself to be quite the home decorating and designing aficionado. The model-turned-actress frequently shares images of designs she’s imagined for their five-bedroom home in Austin, Texas, to her Instagram account, including custom furniture and vintage decor. “My bathroom has become the real life version of The Holiday and all my Christmas dreams are coming true,” she captioned a stunning image of her enviable deep-soaking copper tub last month.
