Charlie Puth hit a high note with the purchase of his new $9 million Beverly Hills mansion last month, and now the singer is looking to unload his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad—to the tune of $2 million. The “Attention” singer’s Mediterranean-inspired villa features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a master suite that has impressive dual fireplaces.
The three-story home runs a solid 4,350 square feet and is built for entertaining: The living room includes a dining area that opens out onto a terrace through a wall of glass; the lower level features a wine room, a steam sauna, and a second kitchen just for entertaining. In the backyard, Puth’s pad also includes a hot tub and pool, and an upstairs studio with walls adorned with his gold and platinum records, as well as cue cards from his TV performances (we’re guessing these aren’t included with purchase, however). And there’s no skimping when it comes to details: The luxury villa is outfitted entirely in marble and tiles imported from Verona, Tuscany, and Bologna, as well as windows, floors, doors, ironwork, and cabinetry that was custom-made in Italy.
